Our job is to provide you with the best conditions for your budget. • Family company established in 2003, which main activity is organizing events and providing tourist services of the highest category.
• It is acknowledged as a full member and only representative of Bulgaria in the World Association of Travel Agencies (WATA) – year of 2006.
• Member of Bulgarian Association of Travel Agents (BATA).
• Member and authorized agent of IATA for selling of airline tickets.
• MIEL hosted the 58th General Assembly of WATA in Sofia in November 2007.
• For the first time of its 58 years of existence the World Association of Travel Agencies elected a Bulgarian representative – the owner of MIEL, Mr. Ognian Blagoev.
• The European Commission nominated MIEL for good practice company from Bulgaria in 2009 in “Encouragement of creativity in enterprises”.
• We continue working on the following programs:
- From 2007 we work on a joint-project between the Bulgarian center of educational and training companies to the Ministry of education, youth and science and MIEL agency for practical education and realization of young people – students in professional high-schools with interests in the tourist field.
- From the beginning of 2009 we work with the help of the World Association of Travel Agencies (WATA) on the popularization of the region of Stara Zagora in the world as one of the most interesting cultural-historical destinations in Bulgaria - joint initiative with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Stara Zagora, regional management, mayors, local authorities and business partners from the region.
• In May 2010 MIEL won a project on the Operational Program “Regional Development” with the Municipality of Kostenetz on the project “Integral planning of the tourist destinations in Municipality of Kostenetz: products, advertisement and commercialization”.
• The average annual income is BGN 480 000.
• The company has partners in more than 82 countries of the world.
